Need help with new Razr..

Hey folks... sorry i been away for a bit.. had pc problems.. Anyway I just upgraded to 4g with the new Razr and when i got it home the 1st night all was well and had all my files on the phone as stated in all ads.. but now a few days later it shows empty.. so no music and no files & no pics or vids.. i see the music list but wont let me open and also when i go toMotoCast Computers it says offline.... WTF... Any and all help is highly appreciated.. Thanks in advance.

If you have multiple Email accounts make sure your connecting via registered account.

i do have multiple accounts but how do i turn on or off the account? i go to my accounts and when i click on the motocast idit just gives me a change password option...

If your trying to do it through motocast did you make sure the computer your trying to access is on?

yes the pc is on. also when i plug it in it just goes to charging and taking photos from the phone to the pc... im trying to do the opposite...lol.. idk what changed from the 1st day i got it...

Make sure motocast is installed correctly on your computer and when you plug it in what setting do you have it on in the notification bar? (Charge only, pc mode, USB mass storage)

I have tried it on both modes... when i go to open a file it says "media files cannot be accessed because your device is in USB mass storage mode" I turned that off and reformatted the storage and still nothing... also when i click on a song it says "song is not available because your device or computer is offline"

ok folks i got it finally... had to reset the phone entirely... thank you all for the help.. I would not have found what I needed with out all of you guys responses and attempts to help...thanks again..

Glad to hear you got it working. Too bad you had to result to a reset but if that's what helped then sweet
