OK well, maybe won't start is not entirely true.

It's stuck on the white screen with the M logo.

I restarted my phone because when I was using youtube it was saying some 401 error message, so I thought restarting would help. Well I restarted it and it got stuck. Nothing happened other than the m logo. Then I took out the battery kept it out for about 30-40 sec. placed it back in and still stuck on that same logo. I repeated the process and just let the phone sit there for almost an hour and same thing.

Can someone help?

Thanks in advance!

Nope, I haven't done any updates on it.

But now it's not even starting. I just left it and now it's blank screen T_T

I haven't done any rooting(?) to it either.

Try to see if you can boot it in safe mode:

• With the phone off, slide open the keyboard open
• Press and hold the Power+Menu button (on the keyboard)
• Continue to hold until the "Droid Eye" comes up and you feel the phone vibrate
• Phone should start up and say "Safe Mode" in the bottom left-hand corner

If you're successful then shut down and start up in regular mode.
