i think it would take some coding but the promblem would be that it would kill the activation, it would be like changing the trace color, i can do it but it kills swype,its above my skills,sorry

My swype beta died after I installed SS4.8 (?????). All reinstall attempts fail.
Is the final release available for 2.2?

A new Swype beta was released in September, at which time the .5612 version expired for everyone. The new one (2.4.44.10912) has been working perfectly from me on all the 2.2 ROMs I've tested and run.

I really like the dark edge theme, is there anyway to get the trace lines gold? I want it to match the rest of my dark edge theme.

Ask the developer, I'm sure the trace line is a easy change for him. Just be nice and wait and maybe you will get lucky. Developer has been good to us so far. On a side note, any info on that stock swype... The one we all forget to backup before switching to MM? anyone have the stock dx swype apk posted anywhere?

Actually, although Sneaky's the greatest, if you look a little farther up on this page, he said that trying to change the trace color "kills Swype."

Dunno, i saw a couple other people that made swype themes and they had different trace colors.... i like MM themes the most tho so im gonna stay right here and just hope the dev. hears our future requests

did they do it threw MM or did they distrabute it as a complete apk. if you can link me to where they are id love to update all my MM to include different swype color tracer

I know you already made a pink version, but is there any way you could make one that has keys that are more of a pink tone that would match the shade of pink that's in the pink-life jrummy theme? The current pink theme's keys look more red against the pink-life theme. I tried the black keys with pink, but would love to have a version with pink keys instead of black.
