My internal memory says 167 MB is that a lot? What does screen resolution mean? I have a droid but am considering the lg Ally because I actually like a physical call and end button. But the smaller screen is an issue to me.

Your 167MB will go a long ways. Most apps are pretty small (much less than 1MB in size). I have 82MB's left on mine right now and have well over 100 apps.
