That's because .txt isn't a script, it's text. Rename it to .sh and it will run properly. The forums don't let you upload .sh files, so you have to rename them to .txt when you upload.

3GTurbo Is Working Fine That Loaded Up. The Kernel Tweak Is The One That Even If I Get Rid Of .txt It Still Says That It's HTML. Hope We Can Fix This Soon.

I dunno, there is nothing wrong with the file I downloaded it as well to double check.
Download to your pc then copy to phone... It must be a download error.
If you open it up to edit it, does it look like a normal script?

oh wait.. thats not an install script... you put that directly into build.prop

If you have 3g update 2 installed already, you can just make those 2 edits...

ro.ril.hsxpa=5 instead of 3
ro.ril.htcmaskw1=268449905 instead of 14449

save and reboot

Im just wondering has there been a fix for v6 supercharger and v6 noop for pr-rooted gingerbread? These two scripts do almost nothing now. Have them running but no improvements seemed to happen. And v6 supercharger has so many errors when I read the screen. A lot of not founds and launcher is too weak even after I check it. And does not give me minfrees anymore.

V6supercharger and noop use to get rid of 90% of the popping in music now they don't do anything. And trying to use internet or other apps with music the it can get real bad. It will do like a few 100 pops in one song every once in a while and every song will pop at least once when im just using music player.

Im just wondering how the hell does moto fix video playback issues but not music.

Just wondering on if there is work on an update to fix these issues.

Difference between this and update 2:
ro.ril.gprsclass=34 (instead of 12)
ro.ril.htcmaskw1=268449905 (instead of 14449)

I've actually seen gprsclass=32 in the past but 12 is the most common setting so I had used 12.

After researching today, seems that 32 would indeed be better than 12 BUT there is a new gprs class 34 so this would be a first for testing it at 34! (as far as I know) lol

So, I'd be interested in seeing if this is better than the 3G TurboCharger update 2 tweak!

However, it seems that the first 2 lines would work better as:

The KernelTweak update 2 is causing my phone to bootloop... Works fine until I reboot, though on one occasion, it crash-reboot while running 98kickasskernel (after running the installer script, before rebooting).

Currently running the Affinity ROM (beta 1) on 2.2.2... FWIW. Also using the update 2 of the 3G script with the original KernelTweak.
