Make phone numbers clickable in a text or browser

I'm coming from a bb bold. I love a blackberry. One thing that bothers me is if you are on craigslist and they have their number posted you can't touch it and it pop up to call them or text them. Also if you want to copy a number that's in the call log you got to edit number before call then copy it then paste it into a text. That's annoying. Any apps to fix this?
