Looking for an app that will change the default behavior when click on numbers.

so when I get text messages or email, if click on phone numbers in the message it will pop up the phone dialer.

this happens even when the numbers are not legit phone numbers. I would love to find something for example that would allow me to click on Latitude and Longitude cordinates and open google maps.

I currently get USGS earthquake alerts that give those cords. right now I have copy the whole message and paste into google maps, and remove all text.
