Linked phone numbers......?

Don't know if "Linked phone numbers" is the correct term but its phone numbers from websites or sms. Someone texts u a number u just touch the number and it sends it to dialer, you then just hit send. Same with websites. After this terrible (imo) os update to GB, the only time I can actually call that number in that link is right after a restart. Restart phone it works. Try it again ....nothing. Is there a fix for this problem. Thanks in advance.

Same problem here, "clicking" on a phone number opens the dialer, however, does not enter the number.
