I was going to keep my GS8+ for a while because it works perfectly except for one little problem. Several months ago I accidentally dropped it and, of course, it cracked the front of the phone (the business side) big time 0 so much for gorilla glass...must've come from a baby chimp). I didn't want to spend $300 to replace it so I put on a clear cover over it to, hopefully, keep the cracks hidden and to keep the cracks from propagating. It did conceal the cracks somewhat, but the cracks have been propagating and the clear cover diminished the touch sensitivity so, I guess it's time to go for the GS9+. Grrrrr not planned but I can see pieces falling out soon soooooo might as well go for it now.
