Launcher Pro Confusion

I used to be able to long press the home button to bring up the task switcher. Somehow that functionality has been disabled. Any ideas how I can restore it?

LauncherPro Preferences -> Behavior Settings -> Home Key Action

That's what I thought. For some reason the option to launch task manager no longer appears.

Ok...here's what I discovered. I had enabled the secret code strings as described here and then enabled the shutdown mode which disables the puzzle unlock screen. Appearantly this also disables the long press home key functionality also. So I disabled and reenabled it, and now it works again with the secret code string enabled.
