Large downloads while I'm sleeping?

Thankfully I've upgraded to the unlimited plan, because with a Droid2 it's near impossible to stay under 150MB of data. Out of curiousity I was looking at my data usage and noticed that once at 12am and another at 4am, my Droid 2 has used 72MB of data. This seems like a LOT to me, is there any way of figuring out which app is using this much data in the middle of the night?

I've also been looking for an app that tracks data usage by app. There are plenty of apps that track data usage for wifi and 3g but I haven't found a single one for tracking individual apps.

Curious about this as well! Somehow, my gf uses A LOT more data than me and I download ROMs! Been curious about this for the past few months.
