can anyone please tell me how to get the market to install apps because ive tried everything but she just wont work...i wiped data and cache, reinstalled the rom nothing works. apps will download but will not install...help...

someone told me to try wiping data and cache in market app via settings, did that and got unknown error 18, wtf is that...
