Jelly Bean update. Do yourself a favor.

Once it loads and the phone "resets", do a Factory Reset.... or 2. For some reason that sets things right. Back up everything you want to keep before hand in the cloud, backup assistant or whatever though. My phone was messed up after the JB update and a factory reset fixed everything fixable. I knew this but just didn't want to do it for some reason until it clicked with me to do it.

Glad ti worked for you. Thankfully I didn't have anything out of the ordinary going on so I didn't have to reset. Even if you back up it's still a huge PITA.
