jelly bean update questions... little things

I recently updated from ICS to jb on my droid RAZR m. So far so good, however aesthetically I find it disgusting. The ICS home screen was very sleek, modern, and 'tough' looking. After the jb update the back button is a childish, ridiculous swoop with an arrow on it, the lock screen quick vibrate mode is huge, etc. I don't have the tech skills to revert back to ICS, nor do I want to factory reset, and I'm not the type to knock it cause it's new, but is there a way to continue running jb while having it look more aesthetically appealing the way ICS looked?

I got the JB update last week as well, but I didn't see any changes to my home screen. I did lose the Lamina Live Wallpaper I was using (totally disappeared from the menu),
and JB did away with speed dial on the dial pad.
