I was on hold with Orbitz today. I had the keypad enabled. I was on hold for about 5 minutes. I put the phone down and put mute and speaker on. The keypad was on as well.
When the representative came back, I tried to get the phone to respond, but the screen goes dark (as if it is on my face). Pressing the power button briefly brought the screen briefly (like half a second). Then it went away. I had to try 45 seconds, touching the screen, hitting the power button etc.
it seems like there is bug with the screen coming back to life when keypad is enabled. This happened yesterday as well. The screen would just go black and then no attempt to bring it back to life works for a long time.
