No. Deductible applies to all insurance claims (assuming you are talking about Asurion).

If you are getting a phone through asurion, you will need to pay their fee and return your damaged phone.

The fee was 25 for me but this was an old blackberry a few years ago. I do not know if they changed their pricing.

Either way you will be paying a fee.
