Import GPX into MyTracks on Galaxy S6

Looking for a way to import a gpx file into MyTracks for offline viewing/following. Only thing I can find in the MyTracks Help section refers to importing from external storage, which the S6 does not have. Any help is appreciated!

In addition, there is no folder for MyTracks in my phone that I can rag and drop the file into.
