Im new but am looking for some help

I was able to root my phone and install the liberty ROM, but how do I re-activate my phone? and get my contacts back? Im running a Droid 2

Sounds like your phone isn't active. Dial *228 option 1. That should get you going. And :welcome: to the Droid Forums.

Once your active, sign into gmail and you contacts and (paid)apps should push to the phone.

Thanks guys but it seems there might be a glitch in the liberty ROM, I cant dial to activate my phone unless airplane mode is disabled, but it wont let me turn it off. Any ideas?
