we all do including vzw. But if what people are saying is true about wanting each device to have its moment to shine then the ipad 2 is scheduled to shine tomorrow. Ima guess that was the day slated for the tb but when htc needed to fix somethings vzw may have given that slot to apple for the ipad 2, but that is me speculating.

BAH! 2.2 and up. I got this Eris like a month ago off CraigsList and have not bothered rooting and installing a rom because I thought the TBolt was gonna be here soon. 2.1 screws me again. :icon_evil:

Doh.. Sorry.. just got the app and loading 1 of 7 videos ATM.. running CM7 Honeybread.. just root and flash a 2.2 real quick.. easy for Eris right? Not sure since I am on D1..

Looked at the app.. didn't show the video.. just gave the audio tracks for the videos.. oh well.. and man 60 MB once you download all the videos that are attached.. I need the TB for more internal memory.. 17th please..

Some lte bugs, cool, mail me a lte sim card when its fixed and let me buy the phone NOW. love the idea of voice and data at the same time on 3g, and I'm not leaving Verizon.

Wouldn't That go against what they are calling it Verizon's 1st LTE phone!!! This is how they promoted the phone. If they do not release as that then it will be a Big fail... They must fix the problems before releasing it to the public..

Saving face (which is already lost) vs. A solution that makes customer's happier, IMHO.

While this seems like a good idea in theory, the simcard is required to use the phone as a phone, whether you are using 3G or 4G. If its not inserted, it does not work. Otherwise they could do the same thing as with the Xoom and make it upgradeable to LTE later, but that would be a bad idea since they've hyped up LTE speeds so much on this phone already.

The phone is not going to release without 4g just to make 1% of Verizon's Android users happy. All the ads have said "first LTE phone", and I personally would sue (and win) on a bait and switch had I preordered.

Please everyone, stop with the entitlement. Verizon owes you nothing outside of the service you pay for. Many people here are acting like VZW broke some kind of promise...

UNC to be honest you can say this until you turn Tarheel blue and it wont do any good. Its like standing in front of a door of a store during black friday sales and telling people to calm down. The only thing that will happen is you getting trampled. Only thing you can do is step aside and let the police control the crowd so they dont get out of hand.
