HTC Thunderbolt Release Date

should i keep my droid x i bought off of ebay or sell it and get an htc incredible off ebay or just keep my droid and wait and use my ne2 on a phone . I know I'm done with the thunderbolt. What is the next phone to come besides the bolt?

I talked with a Verizon epmloyee today for over a hour today . She told me they had a March 8th release date in the computer but then it was pulled because they are having issues with the phones camera. She said no new release date has been set..

Ya I called in because my fascinate crashed again.. they are trying to swap me out for Dx,incredible or d2 and I asked about the TB. She put me on hold a few different times for about 20mins total then came back and told me that...

no, the data plan "should" stay the same as it is now for unlimited data -$29.99 a month....but by the time the phone actually comes out, that could change.

Nobody REALLY knows... but based on the CFO's comments a week or so ago, I would say yes. At least some tier for 4G...

Thunderbolt is a dud and sends me to the dark side.

I bought the Droid 1 the first day it came out. I rooted it and enjoyed it.
At the end of January I gave it to my daughter and I got a Droid X.
After 5 reboots a day and nothing exciting on the Motorola side, I went back to Best Buy and put my money down on a Thunderbolt and excitedly waited for the big 2/14 release date. You all know the rest of that story.

Don't slam me to hard for this.....but, after endless delays the new Ipad 2 caught me attention. I tried out the Motorola Xoom and sorry but it does not have as good a feel as the Ipad when in actual use.

Bottom line is I went in and did what I thought I would never do. I got a damn Iphone 4! What have I gotten for this? No reboots, a nice system that just keeps growing on you and three times the battery life than my Droids had. I will still be lurking and reading in here. (I still have my daughter's droid to mess with) however, the Thunderbolt sent me to the dark side, before it even came out. :icon_ banana:

I just heard from a source from a Verizon Rep that my local BB is going to have the thunderbolt tomorrow I really hope so ill stop buy there tomorrow and see if its true.

Though I hope its true I would not hold my breathe. My best buy had about as much info as I did. If they was gonna release it tomorrow that mean they would have had the shipment tonight. BB would have had all kinds of cases every where and cardboard cutout being they have an exclusive deal. All I saw at my best buy was a blue piece of paper to preorder "whenever it comes out".

do you guys recommend doing it thru BB?
why not just go early to a verizon store? or when the Tbolt is released, do only certain verizon stores get em???

Verizon should get it when best buy, but I expect it will be awhile before we see the tb.

What will be the next phone out then? I'm chomping at the bit to get a new phone and am selling the droid x on ebay this weekend.
I do enjoy the physical keyboard on the droid but realize that no new phone will probably have a physical keyboard.
