HTC Thunderbolt release date delay not related to Verizon iPhone
They are saying first to second week of March and nothing to do with I Phone. I am a little bummed!

I have watched the entire Daytona 500 (not done yet) and not one Verizon commercial. I have seen every Sprint and AT&T commercial pushing thier new 4g phones. Its sickening.

Keep watching. I'm sure something will pop up :facepalm:



I really hope it's Monday the 28th and not the 24th. I work a double on the 24th and have the 28th off. It works out better for me. But even if it comes out after that....I'll still be okay.

Verizon Rep told me they are trying to build more supply for the release, he said they expect to sell 2,000,000 units when released.

I am not buying this phone at $300, just ridiculous, sounds like I might be gettin a X

It's $249. The $50 deposit for pre order is included as part of the $250.

i didnt preorder, and im not buying from BB

Ah well obeekaybees then. I have and love my X but with 4g, htc sense, and hopefully being grandfathered into unlimited 4g I'm going to at very least do the 15 day evaluation..wished it had hdmi and a better gaming score..but well see how it compares I guess..

At least we have it narrowed down to 2 dates now: Either the 24th or 28th. I will be livid if it gets pushed into March (and don't tell me that "they said sometime in Q1 at CES, so they are still living up to that" BS because they have also tweeted "coming sooner than expected" and allowed lots of other information to leak, and started in with the advertising nationwide). Enough with the teasing and give us a real date already! AT&T and Moto seemed to have no problem at all with pushing up the Atrix up AND giving people a real date to count on. BB and VZW have really dropped the ball with this one, and it is both of their faults as far as I'm concerned. You'd think BB would have learned its lesson after the whole Feb 14th debacle. If they weren't sure it would be ready in time for the ad, they never should have put it out there, and VZW never should have let them. This is just so frustrating. :icon_evil:

Went to my local Best Buy today, told me that the 28th is now the date they have in their inventory but thinks that will change. They do not have the phones in stock at all. They still haven't received their shipment. The rep thought it was funny the ad said new and didn't have a release date and wondered why I was upset about the false advertisement. I was not too amused.
