I also love how you guys say "delayed" on a device that has never been announced...its not delayed, it just hasn't come out yet.

Best Buy workers who said it would be out today have been saying "delayed" so that's mostly where that comes from.

+1 UNC this is just not hard to understand! 10 plus 14 is 24. imho, Apple's legal machine has insured this from the beginning.

that said, I will recognize that "delay" is not completely out of bounds in terms of the BB communication. they've said 14th before (to some), even though many of us recognize that this has been a ploy to keep the level of interest up.

Keep waiting folks - I'm officially off the Thunderbolt bandwagon. I'm sticking with AT&T and pre-ordered my Atrix yesterday. My "VIP" discount (basically, thanks for not jumping to Verizon) got me the dual-core Android with 1 GB of RAM and qHD screen for $99. And it's guaranteed to be in by March 6th... or sooner. No games, no leaks, no speculation - and darn good price too for a phone that, on paper at least, seems better than the Thunderbolt - other than the network.

I've said it countless times - good luck seeing this phone before March. Vz's got it's grubby little hands on the iPhone now and you droiders don't matter so much anymore...

OK, just to clarify. You went with the Atrix because Verizon didn't release the TB on one of the RUMORED possible release days?

I am hoping to see the TB on or around the 24th, but even if it is later than that, it's not enough for me to downgrade my voice coverage.

I feel like the drawn out launch is a waste of time. The phone could have had htc's higher resolution screen or ginger bread with the amount of down time that is being experienced most likely unplanned....

I just called my BB in PA and was told the 24th. I am supposed to be out of town that week on business and when asked about what would happen, I was told that once they notified me that the phone was in, I had 24 hours to pick it up before it went to someone else. Now the big decision, Lose job or lose phone.. That's easy, I can always get another job. Do you want fries with that? :icon_ lala::icon_ lala::icon_ lala::icon_ lala:
