Miami is a tester for VZW, as far as I know. Some of the mods in here know him personally and do private messages with him about info on devices. He has been right on a lot of things in the past, so his sources are in the know. People like to flame him because of the whole debacle with a November 23rd release date for this phone (that never came) when it was known as the Incredible HD, and was 3G only, and was possibly 1.2GHz, etc. Things changed, as they often do with cell phone technology, and his info turned out to be incorrect that time. However, he is still a legit source and he doesn't have to share anything with us, but chooses to, albeit he likes to be a little cryptic sometimes with his comments here. That being said, take all rumors and speculation with a grain of salt.

Very true, Verizon is no place for the iphone, jobs is an evil S.O.B. and unfortunately, half of this problem is because VZW is letting Apple call the shots, whether they helped the leaks along or not that was their choice.

Could be February, could be March, could be never. It changes from day to day. It's the nature of the beast .

They mustve know it would be delayed because of the commercial being brought down, the amazon site being fixed, and BB told to shut their mouth. However, give us a bone already VZW, your already screwing us with all the changes the iphone has brung to us android users, you know, the ones who bought your droid that does, instead of buying the "iDont", hypocrites. One year you BASH the iphone and next your OFFERING it? I just don't understand this all. At least give is something. Cause right now, I believe all of us android users feel left in the dark with the new 3G hogging policy, NE2 policy, return policy, etc.

I believe Miami stated Apple isn't letting VZW re-sell returned devices... and (Apple) are charging VZW a premium for returned devices... so I can fully understand from a financial standpoint why VZW would want to let the iPhone stand alone for a bit so as not to lose any money they don't need to.

Do I like it? No... none of us have to.... but kicking and screaming will get us no where. It is what it is... take things as they come.

We all have our own stress in our lives... no need to let a cell phone add to it

Hmmm, someone else posted that they pre-ordered last night saying that they said the 14th but at this point shouldn't really believe anyone about anything :icon_eek:
