Hows the D2 battery life?

Are all you people with poor battery life fully discharging then fully charging at least once?? While this has no affect on how long the newer Li-ion batteries actually last it does 'calibrate' your battery meter.

You may find your phone drops quickly to 15% then stays there for an unusually long time.

This is why most user guides will still recommend 2-3 full discharge (till phone powers off) and charge cycles when phone is new.

Plugged it into the charger last night at 2300.
This morning i pressed the home button to look and see if I received any SMS's.
Decided to look at the battery usage and it says the display is using 98%?????

The screen was sleeping all last night!!!!

Don't forget, the battery usage screen percentages are from the time the phone was unplugged. So, if you unplugged the phone and turned it on to check for messages, then went into the battery usage screen, of course screen was 98% of battery usage for that 1 minute that it had been unplugged.

Fyi - If you tap any item in the battery usage screen it will give you more detail about its usage - like cpu time for apps and actual screen on time for the screen.
