How to Wipe Data/Cache? Trying to go back to Stock .181

I am looking at the droid razr utility and noticed that it said boot in AP FastBoot mode and to wipe data/cache. I don't see that option. I boot up the phone holding power button + volume keys and select AP fastboot. the hell is this talking about?
