How to get ROMs once Rooted

I figured I'd ask what is the way that you download ROMs for the Droid once you Root it? Is it through the Marketplace? Remember, you have to bear with me- I am a complete newb.

I figured I'd ask what is the way that you download ROMs for the Droid once you Root it? Is it through the Marketplace? Remember, you have to bear with me- I am a complete newb.

ROM manager (an app in the marketplace) has a majority of the popular ROMs out there. The paid version allows you to access to everyone's ROM that has sync'd with the ROM Manager app. The free version only allows a few. Themes and kernels can be downloaded from there as well. Not everything can be found on ROM manager, but it has the majority of it selection.

Or, you can download them from this site in the custom ROMs section below (on phone can't link). Themes and kernels can also be downloaded from those sections as well usually.
