I have a Droid 4 running 4.2.1 not rooted.
I would like to change the lock screen widgets but no matter the swiping I cannot get the screen with the plus to add widgets. I can get to settings, lock screen and change the screen lock settings from none, swipe. etc. but when I swipe the clock on the lock screen nothing happens. I have toggles on and off the various administrator options. Seems there may be some admisistrator function I don't know about.
