Should I update the stock apps that come with the phone because alot of those u don't even use and I don't want to tie up space on my phone with an update for them.. but should I update them?

It really doesn't matter. Their updates really won't take up much more resources. I usually remove them or update them because I'm anal about having a constant update reminder.
