I have a single drop of water under the screen of my HTC Thunderbolt. Any advice on getting this dried out.....the phone works fine. it's just a small water spot directly in the center of the screen.
Get the phone in the driest environment possible, and surround it with a desiccant if possible. If you can get silica gel easily enough, you know that stuff they put in shoeboxes and beef jerky to keep it from getting stale, use that. Otherwise, dry, uncooked rice works fairly well at drawing the moisture out. Best scenario stick it in a ziplock type back with the rice or whatever and leave it that way. Could take a few days of sitting to completely draw it out.
