Help please

I'm an idiot and i have a bionic that I rooted and had removed some bloatware and changed the boot animation before i knew about just freezing the apps. I'm running 902 and want to be able to update to ICS but I can't even update to 905. I tried to restore and wipe everything but the other boot animation is still there and update to 905 keeps failing. I know that it's annoying that rookies like me mess around and then have to ask for help but any help would be greatly appreciated on a solution to this. Everything i can find when i google it is all outdated and doesn't work. Thank you in advance.

Use this method to restore your bionic to stock 905.
