Help Ma Bell Holding Phone hostage

I have a Droid ultra not rooting with in sys hid file apple drivers Microsoft magic mouse I am on Verizon but Bell South Central And Uverse techs have been keeping me from making any calls or emails I also have Sprint running Bell South who will not let Moto in says maybe apple should be in it Ahhhh h no says Steve From grave.I am Droid no matter what cause Att And bell South and Uverse can get iPhone and will without your permission I am disable and can not drive anymore and need my phone What can I do
