Anyone here ever use the preferred care? Really don't think it's worth it. Have some time to waste, getting an error at checkout. Also very rarely keep a phone over 1 year.

I personally don't purchase it. But that's just a personal decision. I'm keeping my 4XL as a spare. So if I break my 6 I can switch back to my 4 until I figure out repair or new purchase. That's just my plan though.

That's what I was thinking, standard warranty is a year and I have several backup phones. Knock on wood before I say it "never cracked or scratched a screen since the T-Mobile G-1 in 2009."

Check out must really be backed up, had it in cart for 30 minutes and continually get error code - RO13.

I guess payment options. had this problem when I ordered the Nexus 4 from Google. Must be a butt load of people trying to check out.

I'm on my way back to the office on my lunch break. So I guess I won't even try to use my phone to order one in the parking lot this afternoon. I guess I'll just wait till I get home later and hopefully the order system isn't so backed up. Lol

Couldn't check out, had 512Gb in the cart. Next time I looked it was deleted and now they are out of stock of 512Gb and 256Gb. What a crock of crap, may not switch from Samsung - never have issues with a preorder.
Now everything is out of stock!
Now back in stock but won't update cart, never been so disappointed with a preorder process!

That doesn't sound good. What if you have an order started? Can you cancel it?
