google maps add contacts screwed up, still?

What's the source of the problem with adding contacts for companies from Google maps into contacts? When you find a company and add it as a contact it incorrectly dumps the company name into the first and last name fields. Is this a problem with Google Maps or in the the Blur contacts app?

It's been a problem since at least the D2 and still screws up on the D3.

The new Navigation apparently now can only save a business address as a new contact (not to existing) and saves the address as the name... much worse than what you're describing, and pathetic. I tested it three times, and it added three duplicate contacts, with no apparent way to do otherwise. Really pathetic.
