Full screen picture of contact who's calling

I would like my gf's contact picture to be full screen when she calls. It used to be this way for. 211 but I'm on .215 leak and it only shows up small ans in the middle of the screen when she calls.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Change her photo to the same photo. Don't ask y but it worked for me

This is what I had to do in ICS .211. However, in .215 this isn't happening anymore. I'm not sure if it's the version itself that's causing it to not work, or if it's just from upgrading period.
