force to move an application to SD CARD, you can not, IT'S BAD?

I bougt titanium, and I saw that you can force any application to move to SD CARD, that's bad?
FOR EXAMPLE:
such as games and applications with applications such as "APPS 2 SD" just shows you which applications are allowed, but titanium can move any application

I'm still not so convinced moving apps to SD card is even necessary given that I have 121 separately installed apps and not one is installed on the SD card. My phone shows only 658MB used with 5.9GB free.

Given that some people have reported spontaneously corrupted SD cards that are basically toast requiring a reformat and it's always possible you could take the card out at some point and NONE of your apps are usable, it just doesn't make sense to move apps to SD card in my opinion.
