Moving to SD Card

How do I know a) what applications support running from the SD card and b) how do I install or move them there?

Also, is there anyway to save pictures to the SD card by default?

Moving to SDcard is a 2.2 feature which we don't have yet. Your pictures should default to your phone already (not aware of it being able to be otherwise).
