I need instructions for installing larger SD card and moving my apps

I have a rooted DX (Apex 2.0 RC4). At present I have 91% of my internal memory used, and 73% of my 16GB SDCard used. I bought a 32GB, class 4, Sandisk card and want to replace the existing 16GB card, and move apps over to it. I have downloaded Link2SD and that's where I hit the limit of my knowledge.
1.)I don't know if, or how, to partition the 32GB memory card.
2.)What partition sizes do choose?
3.)I know not to move widgets to the sd card, but how do I decide which apps will not be slowed or broken if I move them to the SD card?

I had 2 gb card in my DX, I bought a Sandisk 32 gb cat 4 off Amazon. All I did was put the 32 in the DX and copy all the files over using the computer. All went well without any problems.
