I have been having the issue lately of endless downloads taking place in the market. I read how to fix the issue, but it requires me to move all of the applications on my SD card storage to my phone storage. So when I go to the "On SD Card" menu of the applications menu in the settings and click on an application, it gives the option to "move to sd card." As if the app is actually on the phone storage yet for some reason it is listed under the "On SD card" menu. Can someone tell me what the issue is? If I move the application back and forth between the two, it does not move from the menu.
