I have a couple of questions.
1- If I flash sbf with rsdlite and do a factory reset/wipe cache and data to clean up the phone and then restore my backup from today with koush's recovery, will I just be re-cluttering my system? Will I just restore the data I wiped?
and if so
2 - Does Mybackup or Titanium restore apps and settings I had? or does koush's restore settings and apps?
I just want to do a factory reset and wipe all the data and clear the caches and still be able to get all my previous apps, accounts, contacts and such back.
