For a sudo-RPG feel BioShock is pretty addictive (2 games, with a 3rd on the way).
Also the GoW games, you've hit the main RPGs already. There are some other/older ones that are decent but nothing great (Blue Dragon if you didn't play that yet, was fun but it's rather old now, might not be as fun after MassEffect and Fallout).

I am most into shooting games like the following series: Halo, call of duty, gears of war, medal of honor. However, I also enjoy RPGs like Mass effect, bio shock, assasin creed, grand theft auto, crack down, and some racing too, like the need for speed most wanted. Crysis2 is coming out soon it looks really nice you can download the beta from the market.

+1 both amazing rpg games. I played the he'll out of Borderlands as well.
I'm big into FPS games though so favorites in order are:
Halo Reach and Halo 3, halo and Cod are tied for my first place.
Cod 4 then Black ops then MW2 then WaW
Borderlands I loved this game. Was the perfect mix of fps and rpg for me.
Red Dead Redemption
Assassins Creed 2 then 1
Battlefield Bad Company 2 the first one was good as well.

I bought Bioshock last year and really didnt play it. Kind of bord me. I love oblivion, wish they would hurry up with the next one.
