USB debugging is on, USB settings are set to mass storage mode and you have proper drivers installed correct?
the DL09 modem is an upgraded radio basically...Id def flash it in ODIN if you dont have it already....look in about phone and make sure you show DL09 builds in the baseband section and build number section

ive seen the cd issue....Adrynalyn makes a test kernel as of yesterday that says it fixs it....
