How to get 2.2 version on fascinate?

I have been reading a lot about the 2.2 update and since it is taken Samsung forever to really put it out there so I'm asking if someone could give me step by step or show me where there are instructions on how to install the update because honestly the fascinate sucks with out it.thanks
