just got a moto droid from my friend. I'm trying to factory reset/hard reset and neither works. When I try to factory reset the phone just powers down, but when I turn it back on nothing is cleared. When I try to hard reset by holding the "x" and the power button, it doesn't get go any further than the motorola logo. Any ideas?
