Droid SD card on different phone

I put the SD card from my original Droid into my older Motor W755 phone to see what would take place.
This card has many photos and a ton of music on it.
What happened. Nothing.....
Anyone have any suggestions?

To answer one question.. why would I do such a thing? Well, my wife bought me a Xoom and I have to
give up my Droid due to the cost of 2 plans.

Any help would be appreciated.

I would back everything up onto a computer then try formatting it
