Droid Rear Cover Falling Off

Has anyone experienced the problems I'm having with the access plate falling off? I know of three other assosciates who are talking on their Droid with the battery area exposed. Is Motorola aware of this and do they have a fix.

Hate to say it, I have tape holding mine from sliding down and off. Not pretty.

There are one, two , thee maybe posts on this already. Some people suggest cutting a business card down to fit in between the battery and the door.
