Droid GPS app

I was wondering if there was an app i could use to track a Droid 2 through GPS. My sister is not a very trustworthy person, she doesn't realize that until she's 18 her actions legally reflect on my mother. My mom knows nothing of technology, i was just wondering if there was an app i could use that would run in the background on her phone to where i could either use my phone or my pc to track it. It doesn't necessarily need to be discreet. i can take her phone from her and do it while she watches, i am an account holder for her phone so it would be legal. thank you.

Google latitude. Comes preinstalled. Can monitor from Internet or smartphone.

Latitude would be my suggestion as well although she would have to accept a friend request from you and it is of course dependant on her using gps and location based services for it to update her location.
