Droid email

I have a gmail account and two other email accounts. In the settings, I have notification in status tray checked on all 3. My gmail account notifies me when email arrives but the other two do not put a notification in the status tray. Any help would be appreciated. Also when deleting email, is there any way to check to delete a group of emails or do you have to individually check each email to delete? Thanks
