Droid and Droid 2 battery question

I really hope the Droid 2 battery works on the Droid 1!! We'll see though.

They are indeed the same battery.

BP7X Battery

Do they use the same battery?

Could I guess that the extended battery, model BP7X, would also fit the Droid?

What's funny is Verizon says that the Droid battery is "Out of Stock." I even went to a Verizon store to buy a new BP6X and they said they couldn't get me a new battery.

They work! Running one right now! Local store had 1 left after I bought mine. When this secret is out I wouldnt expect you to be able to get your hands on one for a while hah. Start calling around and buy em up now!

Mine showed up today but stupid UPS needs a signature. I guess it's a good thing that Verizon ships them to require a signature. So I have to wait until tomorrow to get mine now.

Too bad I didn't get the double discount!!!!
