Downloading music from MotoCast.

Why is it that some music files in my library on MotoCast allow me to download songs to my phone, while others don't?

The thing is, I'm having no problem with iTunes files. The PJ Harvey files are from a CD I downloaded directly to my computer... They show up on MotoCast , but, the download option does not show up on the drop down menu. Frankly, I'm pissed that I can't download MY MUSIC to MY PHONE (obvious emphasis on MY MUSIC and MY PHONE)!!!
