There is zero differences between the .217 OTA and the .217 "leak". Apparently you don't know what a leak is.
Its the OTA pulled from Motorola before Motorola/Verizon give that build the approval to be released. Same exact file, no changes made to it in any way. Just moving the file from where the leaks are found to the actual OTA push out servers.
